Fobbit is software to use your Creative VOIP Blaster hardware device under NetBSD, Linux, and Microsoft Windows. It allows you to make calls to other fobbit users without the need for the original Creative Labs software.

Among the many features of fobbit is the fact that it works from behind firewalls and NATs, and is open source software, delivered to you fresh from the BSD license oven.

This project is the sourceforge continuation of work that was started by David M. Stanhope. His web site is fobbit.[com,net,org]. Our goal here is to broaden the base of both developers and users through the services offered at Sourceforge.

This project is maintained by volunteers. Our current members are:
Mark L. Chang (mchang)
John J. Germs (johngeeaswell)
Mans Hulden   (pachuco)
Barak Zahavy  (barakz)
Feel free to email mchang if you want to get involved!
